Holistic Huskies
The Holistic Huskies are a mental wellbeing peer education group that develops and delivers programs to diverse student audiences on various mental health and emotional wellbeing topics, including but not limited to self-care, impacts of systems of oppression, mindfulness, artistic outlets, and supporting the community.

Substance Use Risk Reduction Peer Health Educators
Visit a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about anything related to alcohol, cannabis, and other substance use-whether it’s for yourself or someone you care about. Peer educators are students just like you, trained to provide education, support, and connection to resources on and off-campus.

UConn Recovery Community
The UConn Recovery Community (URC) defines recovery simply: “you are in recovery when you say you are, as you define it.” We provide a safe, supportive environment that meets the educational and personal needs of students exploring or living in recovery.

Advising the Health Promoting University Movement, the Student Advisory Board meets regularly to share the student experience of well-being to leaders across UConn.

A student-led research and design lab where students investigate belonging, surface identity-centered insight, and prototype improvements that shape real institutional change.

A paid peer health education program composed of 8 highly dedicated students who are passionate about promoting sexual health on the UConn campus. The Sexperts’ office is located in South Campus, Wilson Hall, room 106.
