“Well-being is a political choice. It is the outcome of the policies, institutions, economies and ecosystems in which people live. It requires a whole-of society approach involving action across all levels, stakeholders and sectors, from communities and within organizations to regional and national government.”

-World Health Organization Geneva Charter, 2022

Well-being work happens on all of our campuses. Departments, teams, programs, and individuals engage in essential work that we want to recognize, celebrate, and connect. This work should be seen and known.

The Well-Being Home is a shared, university-wide space.

Initially created through dialogue and partnership among the Well-Being Collective, Health Promoting University, Institutional Insights & Innovation (i3), and University Communications. Together, these partners bring grassroots relationships, institutional commitment, human-centered design, digital innovation, and university-wide storytelling under one roof.

Use this website with openness and generosity: adapt what resonates, challenge what doesn’t, add what is missing, and bring your community’s wisdom into the work. Here is your key, an invitation for you to help shape this resource and make the well-being house a home.
